Patient Portal

Use the patient portal to:
 

• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments

• Complete forms and paperwork

• Access telehealth appointments

• Send secure messages

• View invoices and billing information

Telehealth Appointments

Appointments are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and can be accessed through the patient portal.
 

To help your appointment run smoothly:
 

• Log in a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time

• Test your camera and microphone before joining

• Ensure you have a reliable internet connection

• Attend appointments from a private, quiet location whenever possible

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice.

​

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 business hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your practice policies.

​

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Secure Messaging

For non-urgent questions, please use the secure messaging feature within the patient portal.

​

Portal messages are reviewed during normal business hours and are not monitored 24/7; however, please reach out whenever you feel there is need.

Emergency Resources

Rooted Postpartum Care does not provide emergency or crisis services.

​

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 for immediate support.
